Burned OLED is QLED’s Gain!

A customer and her husband bought a 65” OLED last year which developed Burn-in in about 6 months. The customer was understandably upset because the cost of the TV was $4000.

After fighting with the manufacturer because burn-in wasn’t covered, they did send her another one. That one got burn-in in around 5 months. They finally convinced Best Buy to give them credit and wanted to buy a new premium TV.

After hearing their story and seeing how irritated they were, I introduced them to our 65Q9FN and brought up our “Q Guarantee.” It was great to see the look of relief on their faces. Deep blacks, better brightness, wider range of color, and no burn-In for these customers!

OLED = TV that Burns!

“Are you familiar with the Burn-in effect? Burn-in is permanent damage to the TV screen caused by prolonged static images, like channel logos. It causes real problems like discoloration and ghost images on the TV screen that no-one should have to put up with.”

  • number 2. Do you watch programs with channel logos?
  • number 3. Do you play games on TV?
