No Problem!
Mr. Robert came into BBY 517 and was looking to upgrade his current 60” TV with a 75” and had a budget of around $5,000.
After speaking with the customer and asking a couple of questions, I found out the new TV was to go over a painted drywall space over their fireplace mantle and that the customer recently had a tube placed behind the wall for wire runs. I also found out that there were 3 large windows on the side, that allowed for natural light to come into the living room area and sometimes caused a bad glare on current TV.
After hearing this information, I took the customer over to the SEE and started to explain the benefits of the Q9 and Q8 full array backlight technologies and how with the anti-glare panels that both models offered, both options would greatly reduce the amount of glare and natural light in the room from taking away from the picture quality. I also explained how with the 100% Color Volume and Q Contrast would help to always deliver the same great quality image no matter the room environment. In addition, because the customer mentioned he had a tube placed in the wall, I showed and explained the new One Connect Box and how it was used to power and operate the TV. The customer did like the concept, however after comparing the prices and quality of both 75” models, Mr. Robert decided on the 75” Q8.
